Corruption at Its Peak: Arévalo and his cronies in the Semilla Party promised to fight corruption, but instead, they've become part of the problem. The Child Trafficking Scandal: Over the last four years, more than 190,000 Guatemalan children have been kidnapped, trafficked into America, and essentially sold into a life of misery. What has Arévalo done? NOTHING. This is not just incompetence; it's criminal negligence or perhaps complicity. Our children are being lost to this heinous crime, and this administration has turned a blind eye.
Disruption of Democratic Processes: Since taking office, there have been numerous legal challenges and actions against the Semilla Party, including the suspension of the party itself and attempts to strip immunity from its members.
